Haiiii ^.^ Of course, anytime, hoopers unite <3 & thanks!! I started January 2011 so about a year a half now, can’t wait until school is out so I can have time to practice~ and maybe make some tutorials, I love editing videos

Apparently, 30 minutes of hula hooping is 210 calories. Bring out the hula hoop!
Basically, if you hula hoop for 17 (separate, or if you’re crazy enough to do 16 hours and 30 minutes of hula hooping at once) reps (1 rep = 30 minutes) you will lose 3,570 calories. This includes your regular healthy diet, of course.
Include other exercises in between so you don’t tire your legs out! Push up, crunches, planks, etc etc!
This is definitely a challenge…but…
and that’s just hula hooping….you should try hula hoop dance!! It’s really great cardio!
